The most recent update to our USB and COM port redirection software is already here. FlexiHub 6.0 offers you the most elegant solution to the problem of sharing devices in a multi-user environment. From now on, you’ll have two new ways to limit access to your devices.

Per-session device isolation allows you to limit access to specific USB and COM devices for your RDP session so that it won’t be visible or accessible from any other session. This option is convenient if several people use the same credentials to access a Terminal Server or another multi-user system.

With per-user device isolation, you can make a USB device exclusively accessible for one specific user of a remote Windows PC so that it won’t be visible in any other user profile on that machine.
